Apple Music on two devices
Can I use the same Apple ID and Apple Music subscription on iphone and android tablet (in the oficial app) at the same time? Or need to create new ID and pay for two subscription?

You can authorize multiple (up to 10) devices, but only actively stream to one at a time with an individual subscription.
A family subscription will allow up to 6 people to do the same.
