The only way to recover a deleted text message is to restore your phone to a backup that was made when the text message was on the phone. If you have a backup when the text was on the phone, restore to that backup. Understand that restoring your device to a backup deletes everything on the phone and puts it back to the date/time of the backup. Anything done since that time is deleted.

If you do not have a backup when the message was on the phone, then it is lost.

The only way to recover deleted text messages is to erase your device and restore it to a backup that was made before you deleted the text. Be aware, however, that when the device is restored, it will look exactly like it did at the time you made the backup. Anything that has changed since then would be overwritten by the backup.
