We are unable to help you from here. We are not Apple. You can only pursue such a delay with the store or repair centre where you took the phone.
I have been sent my iPhone 7 to GENPA Turkey Istanbul and 20 of February they have been sent it to AppleCare and my phone have got Shut Down problem as they say and AppleCare did not give me any information about it now I need clear information about my phone please.
