Crazy question, but how did you come into possession of that kind of phone? Usually we advise people to get their phones in their regions, because of LTE compatibility. Just throwing out that one. Steadman1 might think I'm nuts asking though since he asked.

Your phone is not unlocked. The fact that it works with the TurboSIM means it is being hacked by the SIM to provide service. If you wish to use it with a new provider, you will need to have it unlocked. Unfortunately, only the cellular provider in the US can do that.

The Turbo SIM is an illegal hardware hack designed to allow use of a carrier locked device with a carrier other than the one it's locked to.
We can't help you. The only legitimate way for you to use your phone will be to contact the carrier it's locked to and have it unlocked by them.
I just looked that up. Indeed it is illegal. I agree with my fellow colleagues. You will definitely have to contact the provider in the States that it's locked to and get them to unlock it.
In Canada, the use of that device, would bring criminal charges if the phone was locked.
Is there a Carrier Update available? Settings/General/About will tell you since LTE is supported on Airtel in India.

That phone is for the US market, and most likely locked to a US cellular provider. If it was purchased at BestBuy in the US, contact them for steps to obtain a refund.
