problems with hotspot

What version of Windows are you using? Is it up to date? Are you using an anti-virus, and have you tried connecting with that temporarily disabled? Are their any special characters in the name of your phone, for example such as the apostrophe in Bill's iPhone?

Windows 10 with the February updates. I think it's the phone because the computer will connect to other people's hotspots, and other computers cannot connect to my hotspot.

I have the same issue. Can’t connect to my iphone (latest version iOS) with my MacBook pro (latest 10.13.3)

Tried all the standard “Solutions”. It just does not connect.

My apologies. Allow me to clarify. My phones are on the latest update (11.6.2), and the issue didn't start until after it was applied. I followed Apple's instructions on troubleshooting to no avail.

Have you heard anything? I haven't been able to find a fix for this.
