Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I took a picture on my phone 7 and now I need the picture on my mac instantly after taking it on my phone. How can I get photos to instantly download the photos from my icloud onto my mac if I have everything selected to automatically up-load. Do both devices need to be on wifi or can I personal hotspot my computer to my phone?

you can not - there is no way to "instantly" move photos
If your devices are powered and on WiFi and up to date then either iCloud Photo Library or MyPhotoStream will usually sync quickly but not "instantly" - Patience is a virtue!
