Alies email accounts attached to Apple ID

My Apple ID password is working for iCloud, iTunes, and Apple ID. I have a few allies emails that were attached to the id in the past but now its telling me the password has changed, How do I recover it? I am trying to get verification codes text back to use them on jabber.. Both iCloud.com and me.com are asking for the new password..Question? Did these alies addresses never really go to the main Apple ID, and I possibly have multiple id's out there?
