The Apple Car Play is my Navigation method for my car.
I have installed everything and have all Bluetooth functions and the map app opens but I only get a gray hatched screen with no detail. I get an error message that it’s not making an internet connection...??? I’m not sure what I need to set up on my iPhone 6
Sounds like the car's software needs to be updated. What that means is that the iPhone's software is new, and the car's software may be a bit older (by a year or two).
