Unable to load storage info on iPhone

How do I resolve the issue on my iPhone 7 (most current IOS version) that it says unable to load storage info under iCloud settings?

iPhone 7, iOS 11.2.6

I just had the same issue today, I tried signing in multiple times and no dice. Then I signed in to iCloud from my laptop then tried to sign back in on my iphone and it worked.

Do you have access to another network where you can try to log in?

Try a restart.

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device

Reset – iPhone 7

Hard reset
