Mp3 disapears when edited as podcast

Hi, when I put some Mp3 that I want to be read as podcast in the Ipod nano 6th gen, they do not convert into podcasts in ITUNES, thay simply disapears

I know that I must not leave any field blank, or tag and all that

But even if I entered all the fields, the podcasts are still invisible in ITUNES

They are visible in other "apple media handlers" like CopyTrans manager, or Musicbee

What's the problem? why itunes is unable to see the mp3 converted as podcasts? why?

Please help me someone
