To whom this may concern

I bought the lightening audio and charge item a few months ago. It does keep a charge not can I hear any audio through it. Anyway to troubleshoot or is this trash? Disappointing since the life of the product was super short.

Right Powerbeats pro will not charge how do you reset Powerbeats pro earbud so it will charge. Left one charges but cannot charge the right one. It is clean and is is sitting properly on the charger.
