Voice Memos displays when phone is locked
Voice Memos when recording and the phone is locked will display when shaken or moved. How do I turn that off?

This is expected behavior for the Voice Memos app in iOS. Currently, there is not a way to disable the Voice Memo recording overlay on the lock screen, most likely because recording others comes with a high level of moral and legal responsibility.
If you believe there should be a way to complete the desired task, I recommend submitting feedback via apple.com/feedback.
