Kernel task using more that 300% of cpu

Guys my MacBook Pro mid 2012(stock parts) recently started giving an error of ambient temperature sensor and my laptop works for 5-10mins and then the fan speed is increased automatically to 6200rpm without and cpu idle becomes 0% and the laptop randomly shuts down

kernel_task using 300% cpu hi there, i'm having an issue with my macbook air. kernel_task is throttling the machine and ramping the fan speed to max, i know this happens when the laptop is overheating however the laptop is far from overheating at an average tempreature of 35 degrees Celsius the macbook isnt unusable, but it would be nice if i had access to the entire potential of the machine I would like to note this is an intermittent issue. it happens for about an hour at a time then suddenly goes away I don't know why, but it does.

High CPU usage Hello, I am getting a high CPU usage since I upgraded to macOS Monterey 12.1 (21C52). I have a MacBook Air from early 2015. When I boot up the MacBook Air, everything is fine, the CPU load is very low. I use it for some hours, everything is still fine. Then I put it in sleep mode (I just close the lid) and the next day when I open the lid, the MacBook Air gets hot, the fan starts to run and I see an abnormal high CPU usage without any process consuming the CPU (see the following screenshot). I checked for viruses with Avira and it did not find anything. I suspect an issue with macOS Monterey. Any idea?

Either it is overheating, or sensor is broken, and the firmware is shutting down the Mac thinking it is protecting it from burning itself out.

Make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple store, or an authorized Mac repair facility and have the hardware checked out.
