When I select none for the payment method it says invalid payment method not excepted by this store.

I am trying to make it so I am able to download and update my apps without having to put a credit card the one I had on there no longer has money on it and I do not owe any or have any subscriptions have not changed countries or anything like that. When I select none it tells me it is an invalid payment option and the store does not except it
