I’m trying to set up my iCloud e-mail address on my Windows 10 laptop but it won’t take my Apple password. My iPad and Windows 7 computer are fine

I’m trying to set up my iCloud e-mail address on Outlook on my Windows 10 laptop. I put my Apple password in but it will not accept it. It‘s set up on my iPad and Windows 7 computer but since then I’ve changed my Apple password.

You need to enable 2 Factor Authentication on your Apple ID and create an app specific password to use. If your account won’t allow 2 Factor Authentication, try 2 step verification.
