How do I get the football emoji?

Although I quite like this iOS 11 (?) thing of suggesting relevant emojis, it doesn’t seem to be working quite right. E.g. I type football and get a rugby ball? What’s going on there? For the life of me I can’t work out what I need to type to get a football.

OK solved it. My keyboard language was set to German. Switch to English I get the football:) And a rugby ball. :D
