Is there a way to use cellular data to download apps larger than 150mb?

Trying to download an app that is larger than 150mb and am unable to using cellular data. I don't have access to wifi at the moment. Is there anyway around this?

Apple says that your country, region and carrier may have an effect on the limit, but generally, 150 mb is the limit for cellular. If you can’t download or update apps, or if apps get stuck - Apple Support

I have had an iphone 5c and 6s. I never had this issue. Recently I bought a used 5c off of Ebay and now I am having this issue though I live in the same area. There has to be a way around this. I have unlimited data so its really not Apple's business to be policing my downloads. Its not really a help on a hindrance at this point. I saw some suggestions to press download in app store, click OK on the error message then put your phone in airplane mode than turn it off. Once you turn it back on and see the no connection sign.Turn off your airplane mode and check back in the app store and your app should be downloading. Not 100 percent foolproof but I tried this when I was downloading facebook and it worked.
