I need help to update from 7 to 10 or whatever works over wifi
iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.1
Have you tried to backup to iCloud and then erase all settings and set up as new?
An iPhone 4 can't be updated past 7.1.2.

No how do I do that , I already backed up on I cloud ,but now what and will that work for sure

Version 7.1.2
If you are on 7.1.2 then you are updated as far as it can go. If you want a later iOS you need a newer device.
I need help updating my ios from 7 .1 to anything better like 10.0 over wifi cause I have no computer any more
