SSD is slow?

Έχω τον MacBook pro i7/16gb/256gb 10.3 και χωρίς λόγο έχει επιβραδυνθεί η ταχύτητα του δίσκου χωρίς να κάνω καμιά αλλαγή τι μπορεί να τον έχει επηρεασει?

Mac Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)

I have the MacBook Pro i7 / 16gb / 256gb 10.3 and unnecessarily slow the disk speed without making any changes what might have affected it;

10.13.3 ? Did you just upgrade to the new macOS?

If you can you boot off a external bootclone, this will bypass both internal SSD and SATA cable—as a test.

I have already do the update 10.13.3 but when I am going to disk utility and I am doing first aid on container disk1 says first aid process has failed .if possible back up the data on this volume click done to continue....Can you help me little more please and sorry for misunderstanding.
