How to protect MacBook anti reflective coating?

Hi, I just had my MacBook sent out to have the display replaced with Apple’s program because the anti reflective coating was coming off. Will the new display wear down the same way over time or is there something I can do to protect that from happening? It’s a 2013 mbp with Retina display
