Anti-Reflective (AR) Coating --> Bad Retina Display

I clean the screen normally with a microfiber cloth but due to the oils on my fingertips ( & etc) the AR Coating as whisked away and with it the class + quality of the display under various lightings.

The retina display is one of the main selling points of this laptop so I am curious: what can I do about this considering my device is out of warranty?

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar at an Apple-owned store for an evaluation.

All decisions about possible remediation are made ONLY after an in-person inspection by a trained technician.
