Here's about a 2008 MacBook, that someone has completely replaced OS X with Windows 7. How can I get an Apple OS back in?

Thanks, Allan...I did just what you suggested last night. Although it takes 3 to 4 weeks to receive Snow Leopard in the mail, I ordered Lion, which should work, and will come in the email. It’s a Trojan Horse program, so it will consume Windows 7, from the inside. Thanks again
