Boot camp assistant can't partition my drive

I've been trying to install Windows 10 on my Macbook Air (Late 2013). Every time I try, however, I get the popup saying that my disk can't be partitioned and to run Disk Utility. I've tried everything. I've redownloaded Windows, run First Aid multiple times with no problems and even wiped my entire hard drive and reinstalled Mac OS. What's strange is that I CAN partition my disk using Disk Utility with no problem, it's just that BCA can't partition my disk for whatever reason. Any solutions?

Boot Camp partitioning issue Hello, I am trying to install Windows 10 using Boot Camp, but the partitioning disk progress bar stops halfway even though the BOOTCAMP and OSXRESERVED drives appear in Disk Utility. bootcamp unable to create partition Trying to create a windows dual boot setup but every time I run boot camp assistant I just get an "unable to partition the drive message" and to run disk utility, but disk utility reports no errors. I'm running Mojave 10.14.5 on a late 2012 iMac 27. I downloaded the boot camp assistant update as stated here https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201468 but that doesn't fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
