My Iphone is not being able to connect to any network & when looking for the issue I m seeing that my iphone's 3G data is disabled & not being able to enable it

Read this support guide and follow all the steps provided:

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If nothing changes, and you have already tried to contact your carrier explaining your issue, then have your iphone checked at the nearest Apple Store or Authorized Service Center.
