I had not buyed anything from iTunes then also money money from my card is removed for iTunes .how will I get my money back?

“ОТКАЗ (недостаточно средств) покупка 2050р ITUNES.COM/BILL” This message came to me many days before and then I contacted to near by apple store then he told that cancel it ,so I cancelled the subscription but till now I didn’t get my money back. How shall I get my money back? I had not buyed anything on iTunes then also automatically this had happened.

You cannot reach Apple directly through these columns as they are manned by volunteers, users, much like yourself. However, we can help you … but do be aware that although Apple usually treat requests sympathetically where a genuine mistake has occurred, refunds are discretionary, not a right.


On your APPLE electronic receipt you will see an invitation to ‘Report a problem’. Report what you say here as your problem and Apple will contact you.


If for some reason you do not have a receipt, follow the instructions in this Apple document where a similar ‘Report a problem’ link is offered. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/ht204084


If you’re seeing an unfamiliar charge on your bank or credit card statement, read through this document. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/ht201382


Where subscriptions are concerned, you should try to spend a few moments reviewing this document which explains how you can view, change or cancel them. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202039
