How to get the instant sound volume?

Is there a terminal command I can get the instant sound volume?

I will try to describe it clearly.

I can get the current volume setting from `osascript -e "get Volume settings"`.

But that is not what I want.

When I display a song, the volume changes through the song.

I want to get the loudest sound in the song.

How can I get that in terminal command?
