cmd + c and cmd + x not work properly

Dear Genius,

since long time after upgraded to high Sierra, my copy and cut shorcuts do not work properly. Often it need be registered twice or even more times. Otherwise, the pasted content remains the last copied or cut content. This is really annoying.

Do you have some idea?
