Disable Mouse acceleration in OS Sierra

I hate the macOS acceleration, and I finally found a terminal command to disable it. (smoothmouse doesnt work anymore)

To set the acceleration open the terminal and type or paste:

defaults write .GlobalPreferences com.apple.mouse.scaling -1

After rebooting my mac, mouse acceleration stayed at -1, but the tracking speed always changed to slower (4 bars from the left). I'm with sierra 10.13. 3

Does anyone know how to fix it?

iMac mouse scrolling has slowed down w Catalina 10.15.2 iMac: Has anyone else noticed that even when set to max speed, the wireless magic mouse in Calatina scrolls up-down about 2-3 times more slowly than it did with Mojave? Apple care traced it to software issue but has no solution. Chris
