iPhone 5s bootloop

What is causing my phone to bootloop ? Every since I updated from iOS 10 to iOS 11 my phone randomly shuts down and tries to reboot, sometimes as many as 20 times. Never had this issue until I updated to iOS 11.2. Chatted with Apple support and tried every trick they recommended but nothing works. I hear Apple is intentionally screwing with software on older phones so everyone will buy new models. IS THIS TRUE? Someone please help!!

Boot Loop every time I need to update my phone now I've had my iPhone XS for about a year now. Within the last 4-5 months, three times now when my phone has needed an update, it gets stuck in boot loop if it dies before I've installed said update. Is this happening for anyone else? 2/3 times now it doesn't even download the new update and just gets stuck in boot loop again and again. I got lucky after the first time this occured, I tried downloading the update via itunes after MONTHS of not having a phone and it just happened to work.

iPhone 7 Plus reboots sporadically and without reason My iPhone 7 reboots randomly out of no where. I even tried doing a complete wipe and install the iOS from scratch but it still reboots.
