As a balance for the grief I have given Apple for this forum and it's lack of ability to post graphics, I want to say "Thank you" for updating and fixing the graphics posting issue

Are you sure you are in the right forum? I don't recall any problem posting images in this forum. You are in the "Developer forum". Were you thinking that you were in the "other" developer forums at Welcome | Apple Developer Forums?
Because those developer forums are a real mess. You can't post images there - or even URLs. Perhaps your thanks are premature.
