It's difficult to diagnose this kind of issue remotely.
You can try a forced restart of your iPhone: Press and hold Power (side) and Volume Down buttons for almost 10-15 seconds, until you see the Apple Logo. When it appears, release both buttons, wait for the device to restart, then test it.
If nothing changes, I suggest that you have your iP7+ checked at your nearest Apple Store or Authorized Service center.
