I think someone installed a spy app on my iPad

Hello,

I’m worried that someone is spying on my iPad Air 2,but I looked up in the internet and I read that it’s hard to spy on iOS devices and the spy apps are installed only on a jailbroken device or when the ICloud is on.Luckily I have no jailbrak and the Icloud is off....So is installing spy app on iPad possible?? Thanks…

Not really. The only real assurance you have no maliscous software (on any computer) would be to erase all content and setting or restore as new in iTunes. Then set up the device manually again (not from a backup as that may just restore the malicious content).

Then set set a new screen lock passcode and stop sharing it with others.

As long as you allow people to have physical unlocked access to any of your computing devices outside of your direct supervision, you leave yourself open to someone either doing something maliciously, or just being stupid with your device and compromising it accidentally.

Make a request is not rudeness. Saying that your post was hard to read is not rudeness. Disagreeing with people is not rudeness.

One giant block of text is extremely hard to read. Unless you're only writing for yourself, you might want to consider the advantages of making what your right readable to other people.

Secondly, I wasn’t asking for help, I merely was writing about what had happened to us with our phones & why I thought I was feeling like I was being spied on as well!

This is a user-to-user technical support question. If you don't have an issue you need help with or a suggestion to resolve someone else's, this probably isn't the right forum for you.
