My Iphone 7 is locket with ID B.....@yahoo

I have a new iPhone 7 plus and I can not log in with my Apple ID because the iPhone is already with a B.....@yaho.com account connect.

This yahoo is not my and I don't know why this happened.

does everyone has the same problem ?

I cannot sign into my Apple ID I cannot sign into my Apple ID because I have another device with the same email and pass word so I signed out from iPhone 7 and then I signed in iPhone 12 with the same email I use to sign in with iPhone 7. The problem is the iPhone 12 ones with me sign in with my previous iCloud email address.
