How do you register a new podcast network?

Hi all,

Maybe my search terms suck, but I can't find a single thread around registering your podcast as a network with iTunes connect. For instance, Gimlet, Panoply, Headgum...are all registered as Publsihers/Networks.

We're a start-up network with 20 shows. Is there a special registration form for a network? Or a FAQ somewhere? Or god help me even a live person at Apple to talk to?

I'd love your expert advice.
