What happens when you try to sign in? Error message(s)?
If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link.
It’ll just say that my Id/ password is wrong. When I tried to sign in again, it’d say that I’ve entered my password wrongly too many times.
