Can I use an android phone w/I-cloud?
I have a Lenovo desk top computer and an LG android phone. Can I still use the I-cloud?

There may be some things you could do with iCloud. You can access www.icloud.com from the computer. That website isn't optimized for mobile devices so that won't work well but can be done if you can force the phone to access the desktop version of the site. However, most other features won't work at all.
Google services such as Google Drive, Google Photos, etc. would seem to be a more obvious solution. e.g., Google Drive Help
