Screenshot on Mac that won’t go away.

I took a screenshot on my Mac and I moved it to the trash after I was done with it. But once I moved it to the trash a copy of it stayed on my screensaver and it won’t let me click on it like it acts like it’s part of my home screen.

Saved screenshots unable to be removed from screen. I saw this question in the community dated 2018 but it wasnt well answered. I am not going to turn off my laptop every time just to get out of this scenario. I cannot delete the screenshot from my screen and also it doesnt save in the file. I can add it to an email or a post or put it into photos but it cant be moved off the screen. It stays there even when the rest of the screen items are removed. Please help?

Deleting Screen Shots I clicked on a screen shot and drug it to the trash bin, but it did not disappear from my screen. This has always worked for me in the past. Help, I have waaay to many screen shots. I need to delete quite a few in order to clean up my screen.
