Apple Watch Achievement not working

My February challenge was to burn a certain number of calories, and I had been keeping track of it so I was sure I would get the achievement today (the last day of the month), however the calories I’ve burned is not being updated in the achievement. I even went back and added all of my active calories for the month to make sure I hit the goal, and I did. For some reason the calorie count is stuck at 13,933 and won’t update as my calories increase. I have tried restarting both devices and my software is up to date.
