My iphone 8 plus rear camera and power button getting hot while i was using camera.what should i do now?

Take it into an Apple store for evaluation. From here, we would only be able to guess what is wrong, though my first thoughts are a battery problem. Being under warranty, it would be replaced free.
Then you may be taking multiple photos in quick succession and thereby using a lot of energy. This could show up in the warmth aspect.
But there is nothing wrong in making an appointment and taking it in for evaluation. Such a service is free in an Apple store (not necessarily in an Authorised re-seller).
my phone is cooling down immediately after i close the camera and another thing is its not draining my battery just getting hot whenever I use the camera.
