macOS Update - through proxyserver

Hello together

I want to upgrade my MAC to HighSierra through a proxy in our company.
My question:
Which ports and which URLs are required for the installation and upgrade?

When I request the upgrade, I only can see: "0 bytes of 5.85 GB - calculating ..."

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

upgrade macOS thought proxy Hello, I have a problem because in my organization. We are working on automatic proxy detection and we are not able to upgrade macOS to a higher version via proxy. I am getting scanning information, then the Mac Software is up to date - macOS Monterey 12.5. We have open traffic for *.apple.com; updates-http.cdn-apple.com; updates.cdn-apple.com; appleid.cdn-apple.com. My concern is that updates via proxy are not supported by Apple. Mac OS upgrade My internet connection at home is extremely slow and i cannot do a system upgrade online. Is there a way to upgrade using a flash drive from a location with proper speeds?

Lot of Traffic and Payload from com.apple.WebKit.Networking after Full System Restore In my professional work, I often have to install different OS versions from Apple to test and develop software. I use Time Capsule to switch my system to a different version of OS and software. I noticed that after resetting the system, e.g. a lot of traffic is generated on an earlier version from 3 months ago, which can also be followed via thousands of console messages. The data traffic that Apple generates is so high that normal Internet use is not possible because Apple occupies the entire bandwidth. The content channels will probably be updated here. How can I stop this process? (I would like to work with virtual machines to test software under other OS versions, but this is unfortunately prohibited by Apple for licensing reasons). Thank you in advance.
