icloud storage bill
I want to buy icloud storage, I know that monthly bill is 0.99$ for 50GB, but I don't know how to unsubscribe if I will sell my phone, or if I have no money on my credit card how can you charge monthly bills then.

If you sell your phone and no longer want extra iCloud storage you can downgrade your storage : Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support
If you don't unsubscribe and iTunes can't collect the money the account will be blocked until what you owe is paid.
