IPhone 6 experiencing Bluetooth issues after ios update 11.2.6.

I have tried restoring to factory default, restarting, and initializing my IPhone 6 but my Bluetooth still works intermittently. This started right after the iOS 11.2.6 update. I have also read about the various causes of WiFi and Bluetooth interference.
