I had to replace my 3T hard drive on my iMac and I was tying to re-link it to my fusion drive using terminal
I guess did something wrong because now both drives are gone
They still list with "diskutil list" but they will not mount (even with "diskMount nameofdisk") and will now show up to reinstall the system on either one
MacBook Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)
This is exactly how my troubles started
I was following these instructions but I obviously I made some mistake with the Terminal command
and I am not able to see the mount the disks anymore with the command "diskutil mountDisk diskname" that says disk is mounted but will not show up in Disk Util

That's the only method I know to fix a Fusion drive. Perhaps someone else knows.

Disk Util only shows OS X Base system
and the command "diskutil cs create Macintosh\ HD identifier1 identifier2" with disk1 and disk2
returns " Could not find disk for HD"
