I have a new macbook pro and the Skype for business keeps crashing

Hi, I have the new macbook pro 15" and it's installed with Skype for business but every time I open it - it closes with an error and report pop up? I have tried to reinstall but still won't work? Any ideas?

MacBook Pro TouchBar and Touch ID, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)

Are you using the most current version of Skype for Business. File menu : Check for Updates.

Hi VikingOSX, yes I’ve moved my old version in to trash and downloaded the new version plus there was a OSX update this week, which updated Skype for business? I’m not sure why it worked at one stage then stopped?
