YouTubeRed ???

I received an email about a trial subscription to YouTubeRed.

The email said that if I did not cancel by 3/3/2018 that I would be charged for the subscription.

I cannot find anyway to cancel or dispute this subscription. When I clicked on the supplied 'link' to unsubscribe the web page gives me an error and won't open.

I have looked on all my devices for an app for YouTubeRed but have not found an app.

I checked with my family and no one has downloaded a trial for YouTubeRed.

HELP!
