I have a iphone 4s that has not been used in a couple years . the phone belonged to a 10 year old little girl that cannot remember her apple id nor her password . i got the phone threw her dad its in really good shape i never had a iphone before . I would really like to try this phone can anyone help me get it operational again???

If they cannot remember the information they can either try to recover it by going to iforgot.apple.com or by taking the device and the original receipt to an Apple Store.
