What is com.apple.Music?

I was recently updating my notification settings, and I noticed this at the top of the list:

I don't even have the Apple Music app on my phone, and the way it's spelled out in the Notification Settings looks super sketchy. Is this just a glitch or something I should be worried about (i.e., malware)?

Apple Music Message I logged onto Apple Music on google Chrome, and in "for you" i got the message about racism, Black Voices and Black Music. How do I get rid of this messege so I can listen to my music? (I scrolled down and the bottom bar moved with the messege)
