My Ipad 9.7 (2017) has stuck into headphone mode.

I bought my I pad from an authorized apple store in Australia on August 2017. Recently It got stuck into headphone mode even though I never ever used the headphone jack. Can I have my Ipad serviced from apple service centre in Germany? bcz I no longer live in Australia and what documents do I need to have my I pad serviced as it still has 6months of warranty.

it's a hardware issue you can read other users experiences with what may cure it here

iPhone stuck in "headphones" mode

if you feel confidant that you can show that the issue is because of a production issue rather then user handling you can at any time return it under normal warranty
