Iphone 8plus audio issue

My iphone 8 plus still has the crackling speaker issue and any audio that I record is also affected. I really need to be able to make calls, how do I fix this, can I trade in my phone for a new one, the rest if my family’s phones work fine.

phone call speaker I have an iPhone 8 plus, Ive been having issues when I call because I can barely hear the other person, either I have to put it on speaker or use headphones to be able to hear clearly. Ive cleanse it several times I've also factory reset it because I though maybe I changed something and I forgot, but I went to the main store ant they said the only way to fix it was buying a new one and I am not going in that direction. I was wondering is there something I can do in other to fix the problem?

Sound problem with iphone 7 during a call I have 2 iphone 7 and i have a problem with the older: sound is bad during a call but sound is ok with speaker ON.iOS is the last 11.2.5For the other i have no problem.I tried to exchange sim card and configure the iphone with with same options but nothing change.. the older has always sound problem.I will go to the store for a repair and would mike to know il someone has the same problem...

Why won’t my iPhone 7+ speaker work? When I try to make a phone call my speaker comes in distorted or not at all unless I put it on speaker phone. However, my regular speaker does work if I reset my phone. Every time. I factory reset my phone and it still does it. I just don’t think it’s a hardware issue if it works when I reset.

if it's under warranty and they judge it's not because of your treatment of the device the warranty would cover it
