Can I reset my apple Id to make sure its working properly?
iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.1.2, apple ID
I sent texts from iphone (blue color) they appeared on my end to go through fine.... yet found out via email the reciever never got the texts. Also ical events newely created suddenly disappear. Deleting voice messages, verizon user, they wont delete keep returning..... it seems to all be apple id related.
Imnot getting any error messages at all. From my view all text messages are going through otthey would pop up a "red !" telling me it wasntsent. My text messages appear in every way to be sent successfully. I would have no way of ever knowing they were not recieved, yet I sent follow up emails explaining that I never heard back via texts. Thatswhen Imtold they never got my texts. I wish I could explain more...... this is the first time Iveever seen this.
Its somewhat of a mystery.
Creatingicaleventsandimmedseeing theydontexsist. Ivebeen a heavyicaluser for years, within the last few weeks more than a handful ofnewapp created that puff,weregone. So I recreated the events. Has left me wondering ificloudmay be on shaky ground.
So thinking resetting my apple idmay be good.
More information would help. Why do you think it isn't working properly? Are you getting error message(s)?
Try signing out of the places where your ID isn't working and then sign back in.
